What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery of your order is made via DPD or InPost courier service. The cost of delivery within Poland is depending on the choice of courier company:
– DPD (10 PLN)
– InPost parcel machines (PLN 14)

How will my order be packaged?
The products will be packaged in a box made of eco-friendly paper. All this to best protect not only your product, but also to care for the environment. We also encourage the reuse of packaging to avoid generating more waste.
When will I receive my order?
Your order placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped the very next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery time is no more than 1-3 business days.
Is personal pickup possible?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer personal pickup. We are working intensively on this : )
Is it possible to ship overseas?

Returns and complaints
If our product has not met your expectations, please share your comments with us. This is the only way we will be able to meet your needs when developing future products.
Of course, in accordance with consumer law, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please be advised that the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. The returned product must not bear traces of use, must have an attached tag and original packaging.
Kindly fill out legibly and attach the following form to the return shipment. If you have the opportunity, please choose DPD, DHL or InPost courier. Please be advised that parcels sent to a Parcel Machine or to a branch of the Polish Post Office will not be collected.

The money will be refunded within 14 days to the account specified in the return form.

The time limit for processing complaints is up to 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment. We will inform you of the decision by email.
